His career in transformers began in 2001 with Honeywell’s Amorphous Alloy Business, which was later acquired by Hitachi Metals. During this period of rapid global expansion, Paul was instrumental in developing and scaling the market for high-efficiency amorphous transformers. To drive this growth, he forged critical strategic partnerships with major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and other essential stakeholders worldwide.
Through this journey, Paul established a close and lasting relationship with the Jiang family; industry pioneers who launched their transformer business in Taiwan in 1970. Building on this legacy, they opened a state-of-the-art core and transformer manufacturing plant in China in 2006 with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications. Today, this world-class facility produces premium transformer cores, active parts, and complete transformers for industrial and OEM partners across the globe.
